Hillary South is a Registered Nurse with more than 13 years of clinical experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for excellence to her role at Whitaker Bell.
Hillary began her nursing career at Ben Taub Hospital and continued to build her expertise in high-acuity, Level I Trauma Center environments throughout her career. She spent the majority of her time at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital, caring for critically ill children in both the PICU and CVICU. She later joined Texas Children's Hospital in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), providing specialized care to pediatric patients recovering from surgery. Throughout her career, Hillary has served as both a Preceptor and Charge Nurse, earning the respect of colleagues through her leadership and compassion for others.
Outside of work, Hillary enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at their many sporting events, getting lost in a good book, or planning her next vacation. She loves staying active, exploring new experiences, and making lasting memories with her loved ones.
