Brandt Wild

Brandt is a passionate advocate who brings a client-centered approach, creative legal strategy, and meticulous attention to detail to every matter he handles at Whitaker Bell.

A Houston native, Brandt built a strong foundation in business before pursuing a legal career, gaining valuable experience in the insurance and oil and gas industries. That real-world perspective shapes how he handles legal problems: with practicality, thoughtfulness, and his clients’ goals at the forefront.

Brandt excelled at South Texas College of Law Houston, where he distinguished himself as both a brief writer and an oral advocate, competing in three moot court competitions and earning multiple awards for his dedication and performance. He also served as an Articles Editor on the South Texas Law Review, was recognized as Best Articles Editor for his leadership, and contributed to four publications. His commitment to advocacy extended beyond his own education. When asked to return as a moot court coach, he did not hesitate.

That same passion drew Brandt to the Harris County Public Defender's Office, where he first chaired his very first trial, a DWI case, and secured a not guilty verdict. The experience cemented his belief in the power of vigorous, well-prepared advocacy on behalf of real people.

Brandt found his professional home at Whitaker Bell, immediately drawn to the firm's collaborative culture and genuine commitment to clients.

Outside the office, he tends to his registered Monarch Butterfly Waystation, collects minerals, and pursues a love of interior design.
