Christina is a business executive with a broad depth of experience in the business to business and consumer markets on both the agency and corporate marketing side. Driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for planning and implementation, Christina has a track record of achieving tangible results that drive organizations towards success. Christina has directed business and marketing efforts for Shell Oil Company, Constellation Energy, US Steel and Grayco as well as local Houston institutions like The Museum of Fine Arts, DePelchin Children's Center and Allen Harrison.
After graduating with her Bachelor's in Business Administration, Christina began her career with J. Walter Thompson, one of the nation’s foremost advertising agencies. There she held three different positions and gained a great deal of experience in media planning and account management, ultimately overseeing an advertising portfolio valued at over 1.8 million dollars for seven different Shell and Pennzoil companies.
Driven by a strong desire to build business, Christina went to work with Regency Publishing and launched a publication where she became the top salesperson for the southern territory, increasing the sales by 29% each quarter. Later, she helped launch a Houston office for The Point Group, a Dallas based advertising agency, where she led an in-house team to develop public relations, marketing materials, visual identity package and strategic messaging for high-end real estate clients.
Recruited by Constellation Energy Group, Christina served as the Marketing Manager for Texas and later, the National Director of Marketing for the Indirect business segment where she would oversee and execute a multi-million-dollar budget. Collaborating with the senior leadership team, she developed the annual marketing strategy plan and budget to align with and achieve corporate goals.
However, Christina’s favorite title and most valuable position is that of wife and Mother. Married for almost twenty years and mother to four amazing children, Christina realized early on that life’s most valuable blessings can never be earned, they are priceless gifts that must be graciously received and guarded with tempered awe. Christina loves to read, decorate, travel, and laugh with and serve those around her.
Christina serves as the Executive Director at Whitaker Bell where she uses her gifts and experience to oversee the day-to-day operations, marketing, human resources, and accounting at the firm.
