Renee has over thirty years of experience in federal, state, and appellate venues across the nation. Her experience includes assisting attorneys in civil and commercial litigation, health care litigation, intellectual property, medical malpractice, and environmental law.
After obtaining her Associate of Applied Science degree in Fashion Design, Renee worked in the wedding business. Her favorite projects involved transforming mothers’ treasured wedding gowns for their daughters, while honoring both past and present design aesthetics. Renee continued her education at the University of Houston.
Renee’s design work led her to the legal field, where she applies creativity and critical thinking to her work. She is known for her attention to detail and strong work ethic. Renee has developed exceptional writing, organizational, and communication skills. She appreciates the intricate details of legal work and enjoys being an integral part of the Whitaker Bell team.
Renee is a devoted mother of two adult children; and is excited to welcome her first grandchild. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time in nature, walking with her terrier, Hurley, creating something beautiful, or enjoying time with family and friends.
